“Faces of Watts” is a series of portrait murals that were created at Cedar Grove at Jordan Downs, to elevate and honor members of the local community residing there.

The murals were led by artist Man One who conducted a series of on site community “meet and greets” for open dialogue and input from the multi-generational residents.

The artist also welcomed neighborhood volunteers that physically helped to prime and paint the first coats on every mural created in the community. Volunteers of all ages participated
